Hey there my name is steven libman and you shouldn’t care about me you should care about what i’m here to talk about i’m starting a series right now talking about money i’m talking about your money specifically and the ways that people don’t even understand money the ways that they don’t know the options that they have available to them my job really is to shatter the illusion surrounding money so that you can have more of it you can save more of it you could do more with it you have more to hang on to i’ve spent years teaching people in the area of investing and certain areas for example real estate investing stock market investing alternative markets like private equity and things like that government contracting and everything has one thing in common obviously it’s the movement of money what’s really amazing to me though is something that i only started to learn about really in my 40s i just i did what everybody else was told to do so when i bought a house i got a mortgage well what if there were a half a dozen other options to getting a mortgage that enabled you by making the same payment to actually get out of that debt faster with less interest having been paid but frankly the the banks are not going to tell you about that and i’m not talking about just doubling up a payment i’m talking about without making any additional payments what about people who think about um getting five or seven or eight percent rate of return on a mutual fund uh before fees do they even realize that 35 of their profit is being eaten away by those fees what about people that regularly get 20 to 30 percent rates of return a lot more securely than people think is even possible now one thing i want you to be crystal clear about is that i don’t place people’s money i don’t earn a commission or make money by putting people’s money in the markets whatever those markets happen to be in fact i’m not a financial planner of any kind my job is to simply educate you on what are your options with money things you don’t know about money so at the end of the day you can simply have more of it so with that i invite you to continue along with me on this path where each time i’m going to post one of these videos i’m going to give you specific things that you can look at and investigate in your own lives and then of course whatever questions you might have or comments you might have i’m going to welcome those within the comments section and we’re going to interact so that i can help you get more of that thing called money all right so i’ll see you again soon and we’ll talk more about money
